Cisco Networking Academy has made in-kind contributions worth billions in tools , resources , instructor trainings, support to students and colleges from past 20 years . The Cisco Networking Academy portfolio consists of 18 courses that bridge institute and industry gaps. Networking Academy courses are designed to prepare students for career opportunities, continuing education and provides certifications which are globally-recognized. Cisco Networking Academy data-management system processes nearly 1 million assessments each month and delivers online courses in multiple languages that includes Hindi, Telugu, Chinese, etc. Networking Academy uses a public-private partnership model to create the "world's largest classroom". Cisco Networking Academy helps to the students to prepare assume entry-level ICT jobs, pursue additional training or education and earn globally recognized certifications.
Objectives :

Cisco Networking Academy has hosted IoT Hackathon from 15th to 17th June 2017. 12 batches six members in each participated. Where every batch has converted their idea into a working model by working continuously for 32 hrs. the working models were judged by 5 eminent persons of Cisco Network Academy .The five models were provided with appreciations and the best team was given an opportunity to present their model in grand final which was conducted at bubaneshwar ,Odissa from 8th to 10th Aug 2017 .Where 15 teams participated from various colleges of India .In that grand final our students bagged second prize .On the same a appreciation letter was issued to the college by Cisco Networking Academy for our contribution.
Cisco IoT Hackathon Grand Final at Trident Group of Institutions ,Cisco Academy Support Center ,Bubaneshwar ,dated 8th Aug to 10th Aug 2017 . SR Hackathon Hub has hosted IoT Hackathon from 9th to 11th Mar 2018 behalf of Cisco Network Academy. 17 batches of six members in each were continuously participated for all three days of Hackathon and they were continuously reviewed and suggestions were given to the teams by the Judges .At end of the competition 5 teams students got selected for final round .In the final round 5 teams presented their final PowerPoint presentation and Prototype . Out of 5 teams ,3 teams were awarded with cash prize.
Cisco Network Academy hosted Women Rock IT-18 on 25th Sep 2018.The main intention of hosting the event is to empower the women in socio and technical issues. Cisco Network Academy has started the session with two eminent speakers ,Dr.Catherine Ball Founder & Executive Director World of Drones and ZOE Condiffe CEO & Founder She's a Crowd in the live sessions. They talked about drone technology ,Machine Learning and women opportunities in IT sector. Later on the consequent sessions were handled by invited speaker who are also entrepreneurs .In this program 300 students were participated.
