Through Yoga club, yoga training is provided with a regular periodic practice schedule and guidelines for smooth conduct and also see that these practices give benefits to the students. Yoga Training classes are conducted by yoga trainers during 4.00PM-5.30PM on every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday ,Friday. The main Motto of Yoga club is to make individuals physically and mentally fit to take up their day to day work with ease and confidence. In yoga, the focus is integrated on breath while indulging in slow movements as well as while doing complete Asana. Yoga promotes smooth and relaxed inhalation and exhalation during the practice.
Yoga can help your brain work better and keep your mind focused. A lot depends on the kind of poses you perform – some of them are energizing like back bends while forward bends have a calming effect. Standing poses build stamina and balancing poses cultivate concentration. Twists will help you detoxify the body and release tension.
Yoga is an art which connects our body, mind and soul together and makes one’ strong and peaceful. Yoga is necessary because it keeps us fit, helps burst stress and maintains out overall health. A healthy mind can concentrate well and do everything meaningful.
