In collaboration with Wadhwani foundation, we offer Foundational Course in Entrepreneurship

So, here you will start with discovering yourself and your entrepreneurial style. You will then identify a problem“worth” solving, generate ideas to solve that problem using Brainstorming, and go on to develop your Business Model.

The next step is to validate your Business Model and build your MVP. Along the way, you will also learn the ropes of Entrepreneurial Finance, the importance of effective team building, and marketing and sales techniques to reach your customers effectively.

The course has nine lessons:

Lesson 3: Customer and Solution

Lesson 4: Business Model

Lesson 5: Validation

Lesson 6: Money

Lesson 7: Team

Lesson 8: Marketing and Sales

Lesson 9: Support

Each lesson has 2-4 sessions. As you go through each lesson, you will also be setting up and running your practice venture! There are four milestones in this course that are key to your practice venture journey.

Milestone 1: Form Teams & Assign Roles

Milestone 2: Pitch Your Business Model

Milestone 3: Launch Your MVP

Milestone 4: Present Practice Venture

You end the course with a CAPSTONE PROJECT, which is presenting your practice venture – your business model, your products/services, venture profile on social media, your expenses, your profits, and customer testimonials, if any.
